Tottenham Hotspur prepared to sell Son Heung-Min
Tottenham Hotspur are ready to sell Son Heung-Min just a year after joining the club from Bayer Leverkusen, according to a report.
The 23-year-old found the net twice in the Lilywhites’ last four games of the season, but was taken off at half time in the heavy defeat to Newcastle United on the final day.
It is claimed by The Telegraph that Son will now likely become the highest-profile casualty of Tottenham’s end-of-season collapse, as the North London outfit look to cash in this summer on a player that set them back £22m last August.
Mauricio Pochettino is also said to be willing to offload Nabil Bentaleb and Ryan Mason, the latter of whom was another to be hauled off midway through the 5-1 loss at St James’ Park.
Spurs were this week linked with a move for Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson, who is thought to be valued by the Cherries at around the £20m mark.
