Joe Hart to leave Manchester City this month
Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart will reportedly leave the club before the end of the current transfer window.
Hart has been City’s first-choice goalkeeper for the past six seasons, but speculation over his future surfaced following Pep Guardiola‘s appointment as manager.
The 29-year-old was left out of City’s starting XI for the opening-day victory over Sunderland at the weekend, with Wilfredo Caballero preferred to the England number one.
Guardiola has insisted that Hart does still have a future at the Etihad, but numerous reports have today suggested that the England number one will leave the club after a decade of service before the August 31 transfer deadline.
Hart has made a number of high-profile errors for club and country in recent years, and Guardiola is thought to be eyeing Barcelona’s Claudio Bravo as a possible replacement.
