Talented Murray should have won more - Nadal

Rafael Nadal believes Andy Murray will have plenty of success in the future but says the Briton should have won more than his two grand slams.

World number three Murray was victorious at the Olympics and US Open in 2012 and Wimbledon a year later, but has lost in four Australian Open finals and has never gone beyond the last four at the French Open.

Nadal, winner of 14 slams, is full of admiration for Murray both as a player and a person, although the Spaniard thinks he could have enjoyed greater success.

“He’s a great guy, a natural guy and for me that is important,” Nadal told Sky Sports. “I am natural, I am honest with the people I’m talking to.

“If I’m playing bad, I don’t create stories. Andy is similar. He is fair, he is honest and a very good guy. And at the same time, he is one of the most talented players I have ever seen.

“I think he has an amazing career already. He will have had an even better career by the end, but at the same time for his level in general and his opportunities he should have won
